This is my mood board for the hip-hop genre. It includes some of hip-hop's all time greats such as Tupac, Eminem, Biggie Smalls and Dr Dre, and those who, it could be argued have changed the modern face of hip-hop such as the likes of Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Uzi Vert and 21 Savage. I think that like any other genre going through change, it is important to embrace the new generation of hip-hop because it is a rather controversial topic amongst hip-hop fans worldwide as they believe this new wave of rappers have 'destroyed' or 'tainted' hip-hop culture. This is why people such as Kendrick Lamar and J-Cole who are still very much amongst the culture have been labelled 'Saviours' of hip-hop. But, like anything else, it all must change eventually.
